In addition, clients are assigned to one of Q Mark’s experienced business analysts, who will maintain frequent communication. Clients receive technical support and consultation. In addition, WebEx training models are provided at no charge with unlimited access post-training.

Q Mark offers its clients the option to take full advantage of its experienced team of business analysis and technology experts. The Service Bureau is available to coordinate all aspects of data management through its proprietary software. Clients may choose to license the software and manage all reporting details internally, or utilize the Service Bureau to manage the entire project for them—Q Mark is flexible.
