Description

Q Mark is an industry leader with its easy-to-use HEDIS software. Developed to assist health plans, Medicaid agencies, and other clients achieve optimum HEDIS compliance rates, the software ensures the processing of accurate information. HEDISHelp software is certified by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA).

Q Mark has designed and maintained its HEDIS software in strict accordance with NCQA’s precise technical specifications. Developed using methodology defined by NCQA in HEDIS Technical Specifications, Volume 2, all standard reports and tables are produced to yield the precise HEDIS formats exactly as required. And because so many clients use the software, Q Mark offers it for a significantly lower investment than would be required to develop a similar system internally.

The software employs a high performance, relational, SQL database engine. It utilizes claims, membership, provider, pharmacy, and non-claims (e.g., medical record) data.  It incorporates user-specified provider data and descriptive data in reporting on all HEDIS measures.

Q Mark developed its HEDISHelp platform for flexible configuration and deployment using leading technologies. From single system configurations, to centralized database stores, to replication with mobile devices, numerous options and combinations are available. The Q Mark platform relies on relational database technology to store and manage critical data while providing reporting access from standard third-party reporting solutions. Q Mark is committed to continuous improvement, and regularly introduces new features that strengthen the software package.

HEDISHelp software also offers the user the functionality of monitoring HEDIS rates outside the standard reporting cycle. This results in focused studies and internal quality improvement activities as a part of an organization’s quality improvement program. Data files can be imported and monitored, as well as compared for analysis.
